Join us as we will explore the foundational process of Nonviolent Communication with added elements of somatic (body-based) practices. The group will meet online via the Zoom platform weekly for 8 weeks, utilizing handouts and exercises as well as suggested practices to try at home between meetings.
Experienced NVC practitioner and facilitator, Zach Yocum will work with the group, utilizing downloadable handouts as well as exercises that will include real-life situations.
